Submitting your Application

  1. Download the Travel and Material Awards Application document.
  2. Name your application file according to your application type.  For travel awards, label the file according to its category: "Category 1, 2, or 3".  For the material award application file, label the file "Material."
  3. Complete all 5 sections of the application.
  4. Email your Word document application toGSC@CGU.EDU.  If you are sending your application from a non-CGU email, you will need to send a scanned signed copy of Section 4 of the application along with your Word document application.
  5. Once you email your completed application, you will receive an email confirmation that your completed application has been received.  Please allow 24-48 hours to receive that email confirmation.  If your application is not complete, we will send you a notification stating the items that are missing.  You will have 24 hours from the time of that email to submit the missing sections.

·         Do not email your application to a GSC member!!!

·         Only applications sent to the GSC@CGU.EDU email will be accepted!!
