Student Housing Project

Look to the north of Foothill Blvd behind the Claremont School of Theology and in front of the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden.  You will spot those brick and tan colored buildings peeking through the trees that are CGU's new student housing. Scheduled to be in the last stages of construction sometime late summer or mid fall.

The first wave of student moves will be the existing housed students from the "old" student housing building.  This move is being anticipated for the 1st of August if not sooner a week or two before.  These students will be housed in "E" building, situated at the eastern most end of the complex.  The complex will include 5 fully furnished buildings that  have lots of amenities. 

Have you noticed the work being done resulting in the changes and improvements to Foothill Blvd,  the Foothill frontage road, College Ave, and Dartmouth Ave.  This also was part of the project as street and lighting improvement to make the area a much safer environment for those driving/biking/walking to and from the colleges.
