MBA/MFSE Spring-2007 Orientation
Recent Drucker MBA/MFSE Spring-2007 Orientation
Raises Bar, Motivates New Students
Twenty-six current, first-year and second-year students participated in a lively Drucker MBA/MFSE Spring 2007 Orientation on Saturday, January 20, 2007. Participants represented all Drucker degree programs including 7 MBA’s, 2 MAM’s, 1 MSAM, 2 MAPEB’s, 9 MSFE’s and 5 dual degrees.
Beginning with an early-morning breakfast, program activities included an informative overview session and a special, energetic case study presentation by Associate Dean Hideki Yamawaki. Drucker Dean Ira Jackson was in attendance along with Melinda Moers, Director of Drucker Alumni Relations, representatives of the Drucker School Student Association (DSSA) and a host of Drucker professional leadership. The event was capped by a catered luncheon which took place at the site of the Office of Career Management.
Scott Collins, Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator for Drucker MBA Programs, reports, “This orientation really set the momentum and raised the bar for students coming into the semester. We found them to be some of the most geographically diverse and excited students to ever participate. We look forward to a great semester.”
