Office of Career Management
The Office of Career Management (OCM) works closely with HRD students to help make the transition from grad school to career as smooth as possible. To support you along the way, we provide career and job search counseling along with a number of other services.
To get the most from your OCM experience, we recommend that you visit us early in your first year in order to help you develop the focus and skills that will improve your competitiveness as you apply for internships and jobs. The Office of Career Management provides HRD students with a variety of services including:
- Counseling and assessments for identifying career direction
- Resume, interview, and job negotiation training and support
- Networking and informational interviewing training and support
- Databases with information on international and domestic organizations
- Job search tools, networking, and E-recruiting through the Experience Network
