Current Research Interests

Mentoring: Doing for Many What Peter Drucker did for a Few. Peter Drucker mentored numerous people especially during his last 20 years. The results have been impressive. This project seeks to document this successful mentoring process using unpublished work and extend its usefulness to others with a particular emphasis on 20-30 year olds, members of the millennial generation.

A Sequel to The Daily Drucker. This sequel to The Daily Drucker emphasizes moral development, character formation and leadership in a daily format. It will be an extension of our book "Drucker's Lost Art of Management."

Professional Activities

Professor Maciariello serves as Director of Research and Academic Director of the Drucker Institute. He prepared a twenty-eight volume curriculum comprised of 14 leader and 14 participant guides. The material consists of approximately 28 units of graduate work covering the Drucker body of knowledge. The project began in June of 2006 and was completed in December 2008. To date, the curriculum has been adapted for use in China, Japan, India, Brazil, and Bulgaria. These modular units are being updated constantly based upon user feedback. Most recent feedback has resulted in the addition of Drucker Internet video clips and CDs to each module to be used as leader and student resources.
