Claremont Graduate University is proud to host this symposium of speakers, expert panelists, and participants from a variety of public and private organizations representing clinical care, research, healthcare informatics, and beyond. The goal of this symposium is to provide insight and perspective on Electronic Medical Records and the opportunities, key developments, and challenges that regional and local organizations, cooperatives, and consortia face in meeting the nationwide objective. Please join us in this exciting event, presented in an interactive format that is designed to encourage your input. In an intimate setting that facilitates interchange and dialogue, you will have the opportunity to learn what others have accomplished in implementing interoperable Electronic Medical Records and Health Information Technology in general. The symposium will provide a unique opportunity to present your perspective of EMR, hear about recent developments in the field, and contribute to an emerging CGU research program in medical informatics.
