For the protection of our students' records, we cannot accommodate transcript requests made via email, telephone or by a third party.
We cannot fax official transcripts.
All financial obligations to CGU must be met before transcript requests can be fulfilled.
If you are a current student, you can access & print an unofficial transcript at anytime via your student portal.

For CURRENT students printing unofficial transcripts from their portal:

For best results use the most current version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
Click on the section of the report you want to print, then choose "only the selected frame" from your Print tab marked "OPTIONS. "

	Indicate delivery method: - Mail it - Fax it - Hold for pick up.
	Note: Transcripts not picked up in the Office of Admissions and Records within one week of processing will be mailed to the address indicated on the form or to the permanent address on record.
	Current Students may print unofficial transcripts form student portal 24 /7.
