A&H New Student Registration Information


Though new students may register for courses without late fees until the end of the first week of school, we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as some classes fill up quickly.  In future semesters you will register yourself online through our student portal, but for your first semester we require the paper-based registration form.  There are four simple steps to complete your registration.


Step 1: Please review the student handbook to determine your required courses for your specific program. The department handbooks can be found under the current student section of each department's web page (here are quick links to the student handbooks: Applied Women's Studies, ArtCultural Studies, English, History, Music, Philosophy, and Religion).



Step 2: Please review the schedule of currently listed classes and course descriptions and decide which classes you may wish to take (you can find the schedules here).



Step 3: For advising, contact your department advisor (view the list of contact information here).



Step 4: Once you have received approval for your courses and are ready to submit your registration form:

  • Go here to access the Registration Form.
  • Print the form and indicate the classes that have been approved.
  • Return the form to:
