Oscar Jimenez-Castellanos, Ph.D., Jt. Doc SDSU/CGU Alumnus, was recently selected as an awardee in the national Ford Foundation Post-Doctoral Fellowship competition administered by the National Research Council (NCR) of the National Academies. Oscar will be conducting school finance and ELL research at University of South Florida, Tampa for the 2012-2013 academic year under the mentorship of Dr. Anthony Rolle.
