  1. Quick mailbox cleanup tips:
    • Delete emails in the “Sent Mail” folder
    • Delete emails in the “Deleted Items” folder
    • Save file attachments to local drive and delete email.
  2. Email storage limits:
    • 140 MB receive a warning message
    • 145 MB restricted from sending emails
    • 150 MB restricted from sending or receiving emails

Store and access any file from the web at http://wfs.cgu.edu

Visit https://password.cgu.edu if you have the PIN that was mailed to you, or stop by ACB109 Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Password policy for students:
  • Minimum characters:  6
  • Unique passwords:  6  (password cannot be a repeat of your last 6 passwords)
