The Drucker School seeks, as candidates, motivated professionals committed to learning and preparing for future advancement. Students come from a wide range of industries, governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations. Many are individual practitioners, in fields such as medicine or law, who are looking to enhance their managerial skills.
The common thread among our students is that they are working professionals in key managerial and decision-making roles.Our program is flexible, accommodating work and personal schedules.
Candidates for the Drucker Executive Management Program must, at a minimum, possess:
- Five years of mid- to senior-level management or professional experience; and
- A U.S. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
We do not require standardized entrance exams (such as the GMAT or GRE) but an interview with a member of the EMP Admissions Committee is required. This interview can be scheduled after your application is received.
