The Office of Career Management works in partnership with students to achieve their career objectives. We define our role as career consultants who provide the structure and services, including counseling and specific workshops, to help students focus their search, to target appropriate employers, to implement their job search strategies, and to build skills in self-marketing.

The CGU student's role in this partnership is to actively participate in self-assessment, career exploration, and proactive job search strategies to ensure a successful transition from graduate school to a fulfilling career.
