Application fee, $60 (if not submitted online)
Official (sealed) transcripts from every college / university attended
Resume (if not submitted online)
3 sealed references, with signature of reference writer across sealed flap
Personal statement (if not submitted online)
CBEST / PRAXIS / CSET scores (if applicable)
Other items as required by the academic program to you are applying
