The following is a list of the documents you will be required to submit when applying to CGU. Click on each item for details.

• The Application Form (paper or online version)
• The Application Fee ($60)
• Personal Statement (also referred to as Statement of Purpose)
• Your Current Resume
• Official Transcripts
• Three References
• Official Test Scores

Please be advised that supporting documents that have been submitted to CGU without an application are only held for one year.

Help us to expedite your application:

• Write your full name and date of birth on each document. 
• We recommend you mail all  documents together in one large envelope (except your application if it was submitted online).
