All new students should contact their academic department regarding their registration. First semester students are eligible to register after CGU receives your tuition deposit.

The Registration Period
- Spring 2007 registration is November 15 – December 15, 2006.
- Registrations posted/processed after December 15 (for continuing students) will incur a $130 late registration fee.
- Students who are not registered by the end of the Add/Drop period will be withdrawn from CGU.
- Students must maintain continuous registration each semester. If you will not be taking coursework, but have not completed your degree requirements, you must register for Doctoral Studies (doctoral students) or Continuous Registration (masters students).

- Financial Aid / number of units enrolled: The amount of your financial aid is directly related to the number of units you take. A decrease in the number of units means a decrease in the amount of aid. Click here for additional detail

- Term-Based transactions - Term-based transactions include all activities that affect the student’s record and account within a given semester.Therefore, all registrations, changes to registration, payment and/or payment arrangements must be made prior to the end of the term/semester in which a student is taking a class.No changes will be made after the last day of the term/semester.

- Holds on your account - Continuing students are eligible to enroll if there are no outstanding financial obligations on their student account and/or no administrative holds on their student record. - T-Course Requirement - Students who began their doctoral program in the summer 2006 semester or later are required to take the T-Course during the second year of doctoral coursework. For details regarding the T-Course, click here.
