Paper–Based Registration

Complete the interactive PDF registration form (see registration forms below) for the appropriate semester, print it, sign it  and submit it to your academic department for processing.  We cannot process a registration form without the student's signature.

Emergency Contacts –The registration period is a good time to review and update your emergency contacts in your file.  You have direct access to this important information via your student portal.  Sign into the portal and view: Student information > My Personal Information.
