Complete the interactive PDF registration form (see registration forms below) for the appropriate semester, print it, sign it and submit it to your academic department for processing. We cannot process a registration form without the student's signature.

Emergency Contacts –The registration period is a good time to review and update your emergency contacts in your file. You have direct access to this important information via your student portal. Sign into the portal and view: Student information > My Personal Information. Click here to access the student portal.
