Executive Management Program Online Registration

All continuing Executive Management (EMP) students can register online.

If you are a newly admitted student who needs to register for the first time, please contact your Academic Advisor to register: maryjo.carzoo@cgu.edu or (909) 607-7369.

Online Registration Deadlines

Spring 2008 Registration Period

Registration for Regular and Module 1 is November 26 - December 21.
Registration for Module 2 is November 26 - March 24.

Summer and Fall 2008 Registration Period

Registration for Summer is April 25 - May 19.
Registration for Fall is April 25 – August 1.
Students must maintain continuous registration each semester. If you will not be taking coursework, but have not completed your degree requirements, you must register for Doctoral Studies (doctoral students) or Continuous Registration (masters students).
If you were not registered for the last Fall or Spring semesters and you wish to be considered for Reinstatement, please complete the Executive Management Request for Reinstatement form.

Add/Drop Period - for changes in registration, additional deadlines, refund schedule and more.

Students who wish to enroll or make changes after the the Add/Drop Period ends, may do so by contacting Mary Jo Carzoo at maryjo.carzoo@cgu.edu or (909) 607-7369).

Enrollment Restrictions

Enrollment for EMP courses will be restricted to EMP Students only.
Any students who are not EMP students may get approval to enroll from maryjo.carzoo@cgu.edu or (909) 607-7369.

Dropping Courses

If you need to drop from any of your courses at CGU, you must submit a completed change in registration form to your maryjo.carzoo@cgu.edu or (909) 607-7369. Do not drop your courses online.

Prerequisites

All EMP courses will have a prerequisite requiring students to be an EMP student.
To view prerequisites for all courses please visit the course schedule inside http://my.cgu.edu .

Independent Studies

To enroll for an independent study course you must contact maryjo.carzoo@cgu.edu or (909) 607-7369.

Withdrawal from Courses

If you need to withdraw from all of your courses at CGU, you must submit a completed Change of Registration Form to your department.
Do not drop your courses online.

Finding Courses in the Portal

Please note that "Executive Managment Program" courses will appear under the subject of Managment in the Student Portal.

To view the schedule of classes, log into the portal, Click "Student information" > CGU Official Information > View Schedule of Classes.
Type "MGT" the code for Managment in the subject area > then "Search".
Scroll down to catalog numbers under the column heading "Catlg Nbr" higher than 500 to locate Executive Mangement courses.

Proceed to register online through the student portal.
