Completed Files Checklist
A file is considered complete for review once the admissions office has received all of the following documents:
Claremont National Scholar Application for Admission
Faculty Nomination Form – must be completed by a faculty member from your home institution (regionally accredited US Colleges/Universities only).
Two letters of reference – will be required in addition to your faculty nomination form.
Official Transcripts – official transcripts from every undergraduate and graduate institution attended must be submitted. To be considered “official,” the transcripts must remain sealed as they were by the issuing institution.
In Progress transcripts – will be accepted and considered as “complete” for reviewing purposes. Follow up will be required to have official and final transcripts sent as soon as your degree has been posted.
Test Scores – GRE or GMAT (dependent upon academic program). To be considered for the Claremont National Scholarship, we must receive official test scores by December 12, 2007. Click here for more information.
Statement of Purpose – must describe interest and goals regarding transdisciplinary study as a part of your statement of purpose. Click here for more information.
