Biography
Doug Grove is an adjunct professor at Claremont Graduate University and the President of Continuous Improvement Associates (CI Associates) www.Ciassociates.net a company he founded in July of 2004. CI Associates specializes in providing outcome and process evaluation services to education and health-related programs. Doug currently serves as the Principal Evaluator on several state and federal grants. Grove teaches courses on classroom assessment and accountability in education. Doug has taught English, business, and physical education in public and private school settings. He has worked as a high school vice principal and the coordinator of a county office assessment unit. He currently resides in Newport Beach, California with his wife Tami, son Blake (9), and daughter Logan (7).
