In order to take advantage of this unique opportunity participants must complete the “Achieving Styles Individual Leadership Inventory” survey prior to the workshop.
At the workshop, each EAL/LA participant will receive their Achieving Styles profile which will indicate their scores on each of the nine styles and offer feedback.
The Arts Management Program is underwriting the meals and facilitators for this workshop:
-
Maura J. Harrington, Ph.D. MBA, the COO and Director of Consulting Services for the Center for Nonprofit Management of Southern California.
-
Lyn Cason, MBA, Partner of Warren & Morris Ltd. an executive search firm serving clients in the communications industry.
Both are associates of the Achieving Styles Institute, a management consulting, training and research firm in Pasadena. The facilitators will be available to offer one-on-one assistance in reviewing participant profiles.
A $15 fee which goes to the Achieving Styles Institute is required for registration. (The fee is normally $70/person; this special rate has been negotiated for you by the Arts Management Program)
