Ayça Altintig, Assistant Professor of Finance, focuses her research on the areas of agency theory, corporate governance, international finance and industrial structure. Her research has been published in many outlets including the Journal of Business, Financial Management, Journal of Corporate Finance and Journal of Banking and Finance. Currently she is working on projects related to venture capital syndication and the effects of managerial succession plans on firm performance
