BusinessWeek Video About Drucker School

What makes us different from other executive programs?

Superior instruction – You will be taught by faculty who are the leading researchers in their fields and known for their extraordinary and inspiring teaching abilities. High-quality instruction is our top priority, and our teaching philosophy places an emphasis on being able to apply what you learn in your own workplace.

Flexibility of schedule – You can create a class schedule that is in harmony with the demands your personal and professional life. Our program is not a traditional “lock-step” executive business program, where coursework must be completed in a certain order. Instead, you will have many choices when scheduling your classes-offered on various weeknights, weekends, and in intensive formats. You decide which courses to take and when to take them, allowing you to mix core classes with more advanced offerings from the start.

Small class size – Our students come from various backgrounds and industries-corporate, private, as well as from government and non-profit organizations. This diversity introduces many different perspectives into the classroom, generating lively and insightful discussions. We encourage our students to learn from each other, as well as from the instructor.

A relevant executive curriculum – Our school is one of the few in the world that was founded specifically to teach executive management. We did not add an executive program, as so many other schools have done when it became popular. The result is a curriculum that places a strong emphasis on leadership and strategy—two skills that are critical for senior management and for organizations to distinguish themselves from their peers.

If you have any questions as you look through our website, please call us! We love talking about the program and how it has made a difference in so many of our students' lives. We also encourage you to visit our campus, meet with us, and attend an information session, so you can see first-hand all that the Drucker School has to offer you.
