Core Courses

In-depth, rigorous learning in the series of distance courses begins with a course which addresses competencies related to Reflective and Situational Practice, the Advanced Seminar in Evaluation Theory, Practice, and Research.

Technical and Management Practice are then examined in a course on Advanced Evaluation Methodologies.

All five competency areas are addressed during the Advanced Evaluation Practicum course, with an emphasis on Interpersonal Practice.

A thorough Qualifying Examination concludes the Certificate program.

Coursework is all accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. For participants who are accepted into Claremont Graduate University’s Master’s and Doctoral programs, Certificate courses are accepted as core courses towards the graduate degree program.
