- Delete emails in the "Deleted Items" folder
- Save file attachments to local drive and delete email.
- Email storage limits:
- 230 MB receive a warning message
- 245 MB restricted from sending emails
- 250 MB restricted from sending and receiving emails
- Simple things that you can do to prevent spam:
- Do NOT use your CGU email account to sign up for online shopping accounts, promotions, give-aways, etc. Create a email address using a free service (like Gmail or Yahoo!), and used that account exclusively for online purchases. (Email addresses are frequently sold or given to other companies, often times in spite the fact that a privacy policy states that they will not be sold or given away).
- Do NOT put your email address on a web page. (Spammers use crawlers or bots to search web pages and harvest addresses for their lists).
