The School of Arts and Humanities at Claremont Graduate University is proud to announce the dissertation defense for Renée Scariano Willers, to be held in the Treasurer’s Conference Room (Harper Hall) on Wednesday, April 3rd at 11am. The title of her dissertation is “Ghosts and Shadows in Toni Morrison’s Beloved, Maxine Hong Kingston’s Woman Warrior, Louise Erdrich’s Tracks, and Ana Castillo’s So Far from God” Renée is a PhD student in the English Department.
