Conference Purpose

The Minority Mentor Program (MMP) at Claremont Graduate University not only coordinates the pairing of protégés and mentors, implements professional development workshops, organizes networking events, but also oversees an annual  MMP Student Research Conference.  This conference aims to equip students with the skills to present at professional discipline specific conferences and to increase the exposure of graduate student research projects and artwork within the academy.  Additionally, MMP looks to provide a comfortable environment where students can practice and improve presentation skills as well as receive constructive feedback that will further enhance their research.

To encourage student participation there is no registration fee required.
