All applicants who submit their completed MBA applications are considered for the fellowship awards listed below. For full fellowship consideration, completed applications must be submitted by the priority deadline of February 1st for the fall term.
Drucker Centennial Fellowship
The Drucker Centennial Fellowship is awarded in commemoration of Peter F. Drucker's 100th birthday. The fellowship is awarded to select applicants who have an exceptional academic background and demonstrate the potential to pursue a successful career in a leadership role. Drucker Centennial Fellows receive a tuition scholarship of up to 50% to be applied to up to 16 units per semester. Drucker Centennial Fellows contribute their time and talent to a variety of strategic and project-related assignments. Fellows are matched with a mentor and culminate the semester with a special event with the Dean, faculty, and senior-level administrators.
Doris Drucker Women in Leadership Fellowship
The Drucker School has a strong commitment to promoting women in business. One way in which the Drucker School fosters this commitment is through our unique Doris Drucker Women in Leadership Fellowship. Designed in honor of Doris Drucker, physicist, inventor, and wife of famed management scholar and social philosopher Peter Drucker for 68 years, this fellowship rewards talented and exceptional women in the business community. Doris Drucker Fellows receive a tuition award of up to 50% to be applied to up to 16 units per semester. Fellows contribute their time and talents to a variety of strategic and project-related assignments and are paired with a mentor who is a successful woman in business. Each semester culminates with a special event with the Dean, faculty and senior-level administrators.

Meet the first two Doris Drucker Women in Leadership Fellows!
African American Leadership Fellowship
In keeping with the Drucker School’s commitment to promoting diversity in leadership, the School is proud to offer the African American Leadership Fellowship. This Fellowship rewards exceptional African American students aiming to be successful global business leaders. Fellows are paired with a mentor in the business community and culminate each semester with a special event. African American Leadership Fellows are granted a tuition award of at least 25% to be applied to a maximum of 16 units per semester. Applicants for the fellowship must submit a CGU Diversity Fellowship Essay with their application.
Latino Leadership Fellowship
The Latino Leadership Fellowship rewards highly qualified Latino students who have demonstrated academic achievement and show potential to be leaders in the global business community. Fellows are paired with a mentor in the business community and culminate each semester with a special event. Latino Leadership Fellows are granted a tuition award of at least 25% to be applied to a maximum of 16 units per semester. Applicants for the fellowship must submit a CGU Diversity Fellowship Essay with their application.
Liberal Arts and 5Cs Fellowship
Based on Peter Drucker’s philosophy of management as a liberal art and a human enterprise, the Liberal Arts and 5C’s Fellowship reflects the Drucker School’s mission to prepare students from a variety of academic backgrounds for effective management and leadership across all sectors of society. The fellowship will be given to a recent graduate from one of the 5 undergraduate Claremont colleges or a liberal arts college. Fellows will receive a 15% tuition award to be applied to up to 16 units per semester.
Dipinder Sidhu Memorial Fellowship
The Dipinder Sidhu Memorial Fellowship was established in honor of MBA and MSFE dual degree student Dipinder Sidhu. Dipinder was an exceptional young man – smart, enthusiastic, humble and helpful. He was an excellent student and a very fine citizen of the Drucker School, volunteering to assist his classmates in areas where he had expertise and where others had need. Dipinder represented the best of what the Drucker School values most. The Dipinder Sidhu Memorial Fellowship will be awarded each year to a deserving entering student who will be given generous financial assistance and who will be expected to demonstrate leadership and caring for the community. The criteria for consideration will be a combination of intellectual excellence and community involvement – the very qualities that Dipinder exemplified.
