Tuition Scholarships

The Kay Center offered a limited number of full or partial Tuition Scholarships to qualifying students in Health Information Management programs.

Individuals applied for a Tuition Scholarship by downloading the application form below. Scholarship applicants were required to complete and submit this application form on or before March 1st, 2008. Funding for scholarships was limited and based on merit.
