|
Career Management works in partnership with students to achieve their career objectives. We define our role as career consultants who provide the structure and services, including counseling and specific workshops, to help students focus their search, to target appropriate employers, to implement their job search strategies, and to build skills in self-marketing.
The student's role in this partnership is to actively participate in self-assessment, career exploration, and proactive job search strategies to ensure a successful transition from graduate school to a fulfilling career.
Free For Life!
Our comprehensive services are available not just while you are a student, but are free for life as a member of the Drucker alumni community.
Five Times The Connections
The Claremont Alumni Network provides access to alums from all five undergraduate institutions as well as Drucker. As a member of the consortium, you can attend career events such as Job Fairs, Industry Nights, and Employer Presentations at all of the Claremont Colleges. The consortium also shares on-campus interviewing opportunities some of which are open to Drucker students.

"The support, guidance and help I received from Career Management has been invaluable. They have been a tremendous resource. They helped me get a jump-start on my employment search by assisting in getting my resume in front of recruiters early and by informing me the critical conferences and fairs to attend."
