Shayda Kafai
Shayda Kafai is a Ph.D. student in the Cultural Studies department. She is specializing in Disability Theory and issues of body image.
She received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Cal State University Northridge in English, with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She taught composition and worked at the Writing Center at Cal State Northridge.
This is her first semester at the CGU Writing Center and she looks forward to joining the writing center community!
