To be eligible for admission to the FE program, you must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, have taken the GMAT or GRE within the past five years, and must meet the math prerequisites.

Applicants must submit the following materials:

  1. Application form
  2. Application fee $80.00 (non-refundable)
  3. Official transcripts from every institution previously attended
  4. GRE or GMAT score
    Request that an official GMAT (GMAC code DZK-QS-02) or GRE score be sent to admissions directly from Educational Testing Service (ETS). The GRE code for CGU is 4053.  The Finance department code is 4102.
  5. Resume
  6. Two (2) letters of recommendation from professional sources
  7. Personal Statement
    Write a 3-5 page statement answering the following:
    1. Why is admission to the MSFE important to you?
    2. What special contributions do you believe you will make to Claremont Graduate University?
    3. Describe an ethical dilemma you have encountered and the process by which you resolved the situation.
  8. TOEFL or IELTS score

    * Students who score below 600 on the paper-based test, 250 on the computer-based test, and 100 on the internet-based test may be required to participate in the Drucker International Fellows Program. All non-native english-speaking international students are eligible to join the International Fellows Program.
