Why did you choose to attend Drucker?
The curriculum at the Drucker school was exactly what I was looking for in a graduate program on leadership and management strategy. The school was probably one of the most enjoyable and intense things I’ve ever done.
How has the Drucker program helped you in your career progression?
The Drucker program has directly impacted my life. Every day brings to mind teachings, discussions and readings from the EMBA classes. It’s helped me think and manage on a more strategic level. Through the Drucker program I’ve gained a new level of confidence in my abilities. The ground is open to me. I’m only limited by where I want to step.
What are the benefits of the Drucker alumni network?
The Drucker alumni network enables me to continue my interaction with a peer group that has a similar foundation of education but a wide variety of professional experiences. It also provides me the opportunity to give back to former students and current students by being on the Board of the Alumni Association.
What does the Drucker School represent to you?
I experience the Drucker legacy in three domains: ideas, institutions and people. The school has provided me self awareness of personal strengths and weaknesses in the context of a global economy. I’ve learned that I can make a difference when it’s a difference in the lives of other people. It’s helped me focus on the integrity of relationships and do only what I can do, especially in the chaos that exists in the world today.
