Why did you choose to attend Drucker?
During my undergrad years and my CPA courses I have studied books on management written by Peter Drucker.  I have listened to his lectures and it has been my dream to attend the school that teaches his business principles. When I found a job in Pomona, the proximity to the school was an added incentive for me.

How has the Drucker program helped you in your career progression?
At the time when I started my EMBA program I have already been working in management capacity for a few years. I have gone through the ups and downs of the economic cycle and often making decisions through the growth phase of my business as well as restructuring and downsizing phases with no expert guidance.  The lessons I learnt at the Drucker School made me wish that I had this education earlier in my career.  I was able to associate my experience with some of the case studies we had in the class and gave me a better direction in dealing with current issues.

What are the benefits of the Drucker alumni network?
The alumni network brings in together members that have experience in all walks of life – non profit, for profit, educators, engineers, attorneys and healthcare professionals.  The rich experience they bring to the association and the updates we receive from them is a great benefit, I feel.

What does the Drucker School represent to you?
Business ethics, values and profit with principles are the most important representations of the Drucker School, as I see it.
