Why did you choose to attend Drucker?
I chose the Drucker School as it is an institution that represents strong ethical values and principles.  Peter Drucker was one of the most influential management thinkers of the 20th century and I wanted to be exposed to his teachings and learn firsthand how to better manage an organization.  I also had seen great reviews of Drucker School professors and their research.

How has the Drucker program helped you in your career progression?
The Drucker School inspired me to actively seek opportunities to make a greater impact on society.  In essence, my experience at Drucker motivated me to work towards improving business and management practices throughout several organizations.

The Drucker experience has motivated me to pursue a PhD degree that I believe will position me to help influence policy which in turn will affect developing nations’ ability to develop economically and politically. Being a native of Colombia, I see the need for management and business improvement practices throughout developing and under-developed countries.

What are the benefits of the Drucker alumni network?
Through the Drucker alumni network I have met several fascinating individuals who share a deep commitment to ethical management.  In spite of the diversity held by the Drucker alumni, we share a passion for being advocates of positive and responsible management practices.

What does the Drucker School represent to you?
The Drucker School represents ethical, responsible management practices.  The School symbolizes the fact that an organization can be both financially successful and socially responsible.  The School has demonstrated that these two items are not mutually exclusive. Rather, management and business practices can yield tremendously positive results if applied diligently and effectively. The Drucker School shows its students how to accomplish great things through management.
