The Fully-Emplyed MBA (FEMBA) is a track option for students looking to work full-time while pursuing an MBA degree. This special MBA option allows for students to take evening classes. FEMBA students are able to enjoy a wide range of benefits and opportunities that they will not be able to find anywhere else.
Application Deadlines
Applications are processed on a rolling admission basis. Each application is evaluated as it is received. Below are the priority application deadlines for the FEMBA program. Apply by the priority deadlines to receive fellowship consideration and to allow for greater assistance through the application process.
Spring Semester:
- October 1 – Round 1
- November 1 – Round 2
Summer/Fall Semester:
- April 1 – Round 1
- June 1 – Round 2
All supporting application materials that are not submitted online must arrive in our office by 5pm PT of the application deadline. Incomplete applications (i.e. missing documents) will be moved to the following round. Applications received after Round 2 will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Flexibility
FEMBA students are offered a great deal of flexibility. Most FEMBA students graduate in three years, but our flexible schedule makes it possible for students to graduate in 2.5 years.
We offer increased convenience in course location as well: select FEMBA courses are offered in Pasadena.
Faculty
FEMBA students are taught by the same faculty and receive the same degree as our Full-Time MBA students. Recently, Princeton Review ranked the Drucker School Top 5 among 296 business schools in America for Best Professors.
Classroom
The classroom experience at the Drucker School is unmatched and our program is often ranked for being one of the best. FEMBA students will take several classes with our Full-Time MBA students, where the diversity of knowledge and cultures is one of the many things that make the Drucker School a great place.
Professional Toolkit
Even with your top management background, we believe that you can benefit from some of the career workshops Drucker School has to offer. All our FEMBA students have access to career services, a year subscription to Business Week, and business cards and name badges for career events.
We encourage you to experience the Drucker School for yourself. Visit our beautiful Southern California campus, experience our intimate learning environment, meet our expert faculty and friendly staff, and see the Drucker Difference first-hand.
