Associate/Full Professor Position
We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contributes to the mission of the School of Educational Studies (SES) at Claremont Graduate University (CGU). This is a tenured graduate faculty position, at the rank of associate or full professor, which carries teaching, research, and service responsibilities in SES. The successful candidate's expertise will relate to the experience and success of U.S. Latino students in elementary/secondary schools. This expertise may include, but is not limited to, an emphasis on ELD/language acquisition, cultural-linguistic diversity, or bilingual education. The School of Educational Studies is committed to social justice and accountability. We offer doctoral and master’s programs with emphases in: Teacher Education, Culture and Learning, Education Policy and Evaluation, Education Reform and Effectiveness, Higher Education/Student Affairs, Special Education, and Urban Leadership. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of research publications and extramural funding, and possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills.
