Bio 
Robert Oberlander, Ph.D., is the Senior Vice President and Senior Master Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison. Bob has more than 30 years of experience in management, administration, organizational development, human resource management, and consulting. He has taught graduate and adult university courses for over 20 years. Bob received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
