Bio 
Ronald F. Smedley, M.A., is the President and Founder of Synergistic Resource Associates (SRA). He has over twenty years of HR experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He also has developed and implemented viable cost-effective programs for clients such as United Airlines, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Toyota Motor Sales Incorporated, Talbert Medical Group, CHM Environmental Group, and Amtec Human Capital. Ron received his M.A. from California State University, Long Beach.
