Experience in the classroom Drucker’s small class sizes allow you to develop close relationships with your classmates. A few classmates and I recently went on a Yosemite trip that created new shared experiences together.
My favorite class experience was in Professor Pearce’s Shared Leadership class in Big Bear. Being outside of Claremont in the tranquility of Big Bear provided the perfect setting to get to know my fellow Drucker students in both the MBA and EMBA programs. The team exercise of building a bike for children was a perfect example of Peter Drucker’s philosophy of “doing well while also doing good."
How Drucker prepares me for real-life success Prof Sathe’s class, Revitalization, is a unique class that allows you to focus on your own progression within your organization (or a prospective employer) and brings to the forefront the required introspection to succeed in your chosen career. Plus, this class is all about YOU!
Getting away from it all The Village - I love the gazpacho soup and the brownie from Le Pain Quotidien!
