MA Requirements

In addition to the general requirements specified for the MA degree, CCS students are expected to fulfill the following:

Coursework

Students must select two scriptural traditions as their major and minor. They must complete 20 units in the major tradition and 12 units in the minor.

Participation is also required in the CCS program seminar. Students will receive 4 units for continuous registration over two years.

Thesis

Thesis must explore problems and issues related to scriptures/scripturalizing across traditions.
