Graduate Programs in Leadership

Claremont offers:

A combined BA/MA allowing students to complete a Bachelor's and Master's degree in approximately five years (MA in Psychology with a co-concentration in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation)

MA and PhD programs with concentrations in:

Organizational Behavior
Positive Organizational Psychology
Industrial/Organizational Psychology

A combined MBA/PhD, offering a doctoral degree in any of our psychology programs with an MBA earned along the way 

Graduate interfield degree and dual degree options with Public Policy, Education, and Information Sciences

A PhD in Education with a concentration in Urban Leadership

Undergraduate Programs in Leadership

The Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College offers an extensive series of coursework on leadership, theLeadership Studies Sequence Program. 

Claremont McKenna College also offers the Sophomore Leadership Experience.  This four-day experiential learning trip is held at a camp in the mountains above Claremont, and includes group activities designed to give students increased self-awareness, facilitate group bonding, and develop leadership skills.
