Change is permanent. Change can be opportunity, progress and growth. It can also mean instability, upheaval and disorientation. The management of change—a process for managing the people-side of change—is multifaceted. For organizations, change management is a balanced, structured approach to transitions that move an institution from its present state to a desired future.
