Program Approach
If any one relationship is crucial for an institution as complex as a museum, it is the strategic relationship between the Board Chair and the Director. This is THE pivotal partnership in times of calm, and in times of challenge. Partners in Leadership has been designed specifically with the museum Chair-CEO relationship in mind. Directors and Board Chairs come together to think through the dimensions of this critical partnership and strengthen the way institutional goals are achieved as their organizations evolve in the midst of turbulence and uncertainty.
Learning at Partners in Leadership is a collaborative experience between the CEO and the board chair, and with pairings from other institutions.
