Dear Friends of ISS: This has been an exciting, fulfilling and rewarding year. In it we have seen major projects and initiatives advance to completion or near completion.
I am particularly pleased about the development of two major projects—the Scriptural Ethnologies Project and the Documentary Film project. Involving multidisciplinary and collaborative research work on the engagement of scriptures in five different communities of color in the United States, the Scriptural Ethnologies project is nearly completed.
ISS facilitates research on the work we make scriptures do for us.
