The specialized MA degree in History of Christianity and Religions of North America offers courses in three areas: Christian Origins, Medieval/Reformation Christianity, and Religions of North America. Students are to focus on one of these areas but are invited to take courses in the other areas and in other religious traditions to provide context and background.
Depending upon their area of study and research, students may need to pass a course in a primary text language.
The thesis should explore issues related to their focus area.
