Biography
Dianna M. Graves has worked in higher education for the past thirteen years. Dianna was the head volleyball coach for Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges for twelve years before recently accepting a position as the Director of Academic Planning at Claremont McKenna College. Prior to her career in higher education, Dianna worked as a research associate in the Molecular Genetics Department at City of Hope Hospital. She also taught first and fourth grade in the Ontario-Montclair School District.
In her third year of the Ph.D. program in education, Dianna's research interests are varied but include institutional research methodology and college student recruitment/retention. Dianna lives in Claremont with her husband and two young children.
