[Update] Sakai issue 09/19/2011

The issue with users not being able to log into the Sakai Server is now fixed. The server was unable to handle all of the requests for login from Sakai users. The HMC/CMC is looking into moving the Sakai Server to new and better hardware to reduce the issues we having seen in the last week.
