Career goals
Upon graduation, I would like to secure a position in risk management, structuring derivative products or trading. Further down the line, I see myself taking on a managerial position.

What attracted you to the Drucker School? I looked into many schools and became very attracted to the idea of completing classes from both the MBA department and the math department. The university has a great reputation, the program is flexible and my wife is from Southern California so being close to her family is an excellent bonus.

Describe your classroom experience at Drucker
One of the qualities of the school is how few students are in each class. There were only five students in the smallest class I have been in. That created a very close and friendly connection between the teacher and the students and among the students themselves. It also made me personally get more out of the class than I think I otherwise would.

How Drucker prepares me for real-life success
My future career goals require certain skills and that is what an education at Drucker provides. I do not expect to graduate as a “know-it-all” but it gives me the analytical and theoretical foundation needed to succeed in the real-world.

Your most memorable experience at Drucker...
The three-day orientation was great. It was a great platform for all the new students to meet and get to know each other. I made many friends and learned more about myself. It was all in all very well organized.

What is your favorite spot in Claremont?
Walking around in the Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Gardens and hiking in the Claremont Wilderness Park is absolutely outstanding. The Claremont Village and just the entire city is very friendly and “cozy."

Peter Drucker asked,
"What do you want to be remembered for?"

I would like to be remembered for always being ethical, fair and gracious at the same time as I am dedicated, determined and professional in all challenges I face.
