PepsiCo will be hosting an information session and interviews for a summer internship, open to students from the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (Psychology and Human Resources Design).
The information session will be followed by scheduled interviews throughout the afternoon.
Description: Being part of the HR team at PepsiCo requires that you help create a culture, which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results. Our summer HR internship program (June-August) requires students to play a broad HR Generalist role in support of a manufacturing or sales environment. Working within the Frito Lay division, these positions are based in various locations across the United States. In partnership with the lead HR Manager or Director, the HR Intern takes an active role to help support an employee base of between 500 and 1,000 associates. You will serve as a functional expert, business partner, and enabler for the organization through a strategic approach that leverages your academic knowledge and personal capabilities.
The HR Intern will serve as a business partner to managers and front-line employees. They will be afforded the opportunity to learn about HR Fundamentals (compensation, benefits, staffing, etc.), Employee Relations, Change Management and Strategic Partnering. As part of the site HR team, the HR Intern will work to advocate for employees and partner with business teams to inspire greatness in our people, evolve the culture and drive sustainable business growth.
