Application of Positive Psychology in the Workplace

The purpose of Positive Fridays (affectionately called "TGIPF" for short) is to build community and share research knowledge among the positive psychology master’s and doctoral students in the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University.

Join us as Mashi Rahmani speaks about the application of positive psychology to the workplace.  Mashi is founder and CEO of MMC, Inc., a pioneer in Human Resources Outsourcing servicing healthcare and professional clients. Founded in 1983, MMC has been at the forefront of human resource outsourcing providing its Innovative Management Approach for professionals. Mr. Rahmani began his career at NASA in project management during the Apollo-Soyuz and Space Shuttle era. In addition to his work with UCLA, Mr. Rahmani is a Colleague of Claremont Graduate University and sits on it's Board of Trustees.
